Senate Bill 1 (Browne): Establishes a nonpartisan Legislative Fiscal Office as an independent agency.

Senate Bill 892 (Browne): Amends the Administrative Code, providing that the General Assembly is authorized to stipulate by statute those performance measurements recommended and developed by the Legislative Fiscal Office which the General Assembly believes should be undertaken and reported on by each executive agency on a quarterly basis as a condition to receiving the executive agency's prospective appropriation.

Senate Bill 122 (O'Pake): Amends the Tax Reform Code to increase the employer Job Creation Tax Credit from $1,000 to $3,000 per employee.

Senate Bill 639 (Dinniman): Amends the Tax Reform Code of 1971, to provide for permanent tax exempt status for volunteer firefighter associations.

Senate Bill 778 (Fontana): Amends the New Home Construction Local Tax Abatement Act, to change the deadline by which homeowners must apply for a property tax exemption.

House Bill 1182 (Casorio): Amends the Public Employee Pension Forfeiture Act, adding two additional offenses, "Institutional Sexual Assault" and "Contraband" to the list of offenses which trigger the forfeiture of pension benefits under the act and provides that, following conviction under the Act, forfeiture of benefits will be retroactive to the date of preliminary arraignment.
