SB 211 (Senator Folmer):  Amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act by providing additional rules and guidelines, amending prize limits, allowing for progressive and insured games, and providing for  licensing of associations involved in small games of chance.

SB 212 (Senator Orie):  Amends the Bingo Law by amending the definition of “bona fide members”, changes the  licensing of bingo associations, increases the total prize amount that may be awarded in a calendar day, authorizes multiple associations to lease the same premises for conducting bingo, changes record-keeping requirements, increases the amount that may be paid per day to a person employed in the operation of actual running of a bingo game, and provides for educational requirements for bingo operators.
