SR 20 (Pippy): A Resolution directing the Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to determine the impact of Pennsylvania’s tax credit programs on the Commonwealth’s economy, job market and local tax revenues.

Amendment A00211: Includes the Film Production Tax Credit in the list of tax credits to be studied under the Resolution, which was inadvertently omitted from Senate Resolution 20.
SB 105 (Browne): Taxpayer Transparency Act. Directs the Office of Budget to create and maintain a searchable budget database website that the public can access. This bill was SB 1350 of the 2007-08 session, which was reported out of the Finance Committee unanimously on May 7, 2008.
