  • Senate Bill 1297 (Browne):  Amends the Fiscal Code to extend the authorization for the State Treasurer to use the prudent person rule to make investments.
  • Senate Bill 1314 (Baker):  Amends the Tax Reform Code of 1971, authorizing a tax credit for volunteer firefighters for purposes of personal income tax (Active Volunteer Retention and Recruitment Tax Credit) in the amount of $500 per year.
  • Senate Bill 1316 (Baker):  Amends the Tax Reform Code of 1971, providing for a tax credit for employers of volunteer firefighters and emergency medical services workers, the Volunteer Firefighter and Emergency Medical Services Worker Employer Tax Credit.
    • Summary of Senate Bill 1316

      • A06612 (Browne):  A06612 makes a number of technical and drafting corrections which were intended to be reflected in the version of SB 1316 that was introduced by Senator Baker.

      • A06653 (Browne):  Amends A06612 to correct a minor drafting error on page 3, line 4 of the amendment, by striking out the duplicate phrase "of a pass-through."
