Senate Bill 413 (Senator Browne): Amends
the Second Class County Code to add assessment of sign and
sign structures, to prohibit second class counties from
assessing signs or sign structures for real estate tax
purposes as real property, regardless of whether the sign or
sign structure has become affixed to the real estate.
Senate Bill 826 (Senator Armstrong): Amends
Title 71 (State Government), providing that the employer
contribution rate on behalf of active members shall be no
less than 4% for each fiscal year after 2006. |
