Moore Township, Northampton County, will receive a $24,428.54 grant from the state Department of Environmental Protection, according to state Senator Pat Browne, R-16th District.

The grant, provided through the Sewage Facilities Enforcement Grants program, will cover half of the Township’s cost of performing the enforcement provisions of Section 7 of Act 537, the Sewage Facilities Act of 1966, according to Senator Browne.
